Vincent Liang is a Graduate Researcher / PhD student who has been recently awarded the Melbourne Strategic Scholarships (MSS) 2022 from the Melbourne Graduate School of Education. His PhD project aims to investigate how schooling conditions influence the practicality of the Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) pedagogy through the investigation of teacher agency in Victorian school context.
